About LenX Energy

LenX Energy delivers commercial and industrial solar solutions across Vietnam. We focus on EPC and long-term Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) models that reduce client electricity costs while accelerating decarbonization.

We are building a serious renewable energy platform. We are looking for serious people.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business, closing renewable energy projects, and expanding LenX's presence in the C&I sector.

This is not an inbound role.

You are expected to bring an existing network and actively build your own contact base to generate qualified leads. You will own your pipeline from first conversation to signed contract.

This is a performance-driven, high-accountability role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Network Development

  • Bring and leverage an existing contact network in commercial or industrial sectors
  • Actively build and expand your own database of decision-makers
  • Prospect factories, industrial parks, developers, hotels, and business owners
  • Generate leads independently through direct outreach, referrals, and networking

You are responsible for creating opportunity, not waiting for it.

2. Sales Execution

Manage full sales cycle:

  • Prospecting
  • Site coordination
  • Proposal presentation
  • Commercial negotiation
  • Contract signing
  • Present solar, battery, and EaaS models clearly and confidently
  • Close deals that meet margin requirements

3. Commercial & Financial Understanding

  • Work with engineering to develop optimized system proposals

Understand and explain:

  • ROI and payback period
  • IRR
  • Electricity savings
  • PPA / EaaS structures
  • Protect company margins during negotiation

4. Pipeline Ownership & Reporting

  • Maintain structured CRM discipline

Provide weekly reporting on:

  • Active leads
  • Forecasted revenue
  • Deal stage progression
  • Maintain minimum 3x revenue target in pipeline

5. Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong C-level relationships
  • Identify upsell opportunities
  • Support long-term client retention and expansion

Requirements

Experience
  • 37 years B2B sales experience
  • Experience in renewable energy, construction, engineering, real estate, or industrial sectors preferred
  • Proven ability to close mid to large value deals

Network Requirement

  • Existing professional network in Vietnam is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently
  • Comfortable approaching new contacts and opening doors
