Business Development Manager

About the Role

Hyphens Pharma Vietnam is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to support the growth of Plinest, a leading medical aesthetics brand in Vietnam.

This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, expanding clinic coverage, building strong relationships with aesthetic doctors and key customers, and achieving sales targets within the fast-growing medical aesthetics market.

Key requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in medical aesthetics / aesthetic medicine / dermatology / injectable products.
• Strong existing network with aesthetic doctors, dermatologists, clinics, hospitals and aesthetic chains.
• Experience with injectable brands such as PN/PDRN, HA fillers, skin boosters, biostimulators is highly preferred.
• Strong new account development, sales closing and customer relationship management skills.
• Able to develop new business and achieve sales targets independently.
• Good understanding of the aesthetic market, competitors and customer needs.
• Experience working with KOLs, workshops, product demonstrations or medical events is a plus.
• Good English communication is preferred.

Preferred qualifications:

• Educational background in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology or other relevant healthcare/medical fields.
• Experience working with doctors and healthcare professionals is strongly preferred.
