Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager HoReCa based in Hanoi. The role involves identifying and establishing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients in the hospitality, restaurant, and catering (HoReCa) industry, and driving sales growth. Duties encompass market research, client meetings, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and understanding market trends. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in business development and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of the HoReCa industry, with an understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive analysis
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in creating detailed proposals and contracts
  • Relevant experience in water solutions, sustainability, or environmental industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
