Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with direct clients and digital media agencies across Vietnam.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Understand clients business needs and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions.
- Lead roadshows, workshops, and presentations to educate the market on the latest digital trends.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns and outstanding client experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to strengthen business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and business development skills with digital media or programmatic advertising experience. Experience with China's digital media ecosystem is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Strong network within local and global advertising and media industries.
- Genuine interest in China's digital media and consumer landscape.
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and confident.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.
