Business Development Manager (Environment)

• Location: Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Working time: Mon - Fri

II. JOB SUMMARY

• Develop and implement business development strategies across infrastructure, environmental, real estate, and industrial park projects;
• Identify potential investment opportunities and support project development activities (including PPP, private projects, and partnerships); 
• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, partners, and investors. 

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Identify and follow up on potential projects and investment opportunities;
• Conduct basic market research, competitor analysis, and project screening;
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during project development;
• Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, partners, and investors;
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and networking events;
• Support collaboration with consultants, financial institutions, and project stakeholders;
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams during project development;
• Assist in preparing key documents and reports for management and partners.

IV. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Investment, or related field
• From 03 - 06 years of experience in business development, investment, or project development
• Experience in infrastructure, real estate, industrial parks, or the environmental sector is preferred but not mandatory
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Basic understanding of investment and project development processes
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English (Korean is a plus).
