Job Description

As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing effective strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth;
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key direct clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives;
  • Coordinate with internal teams to achieve and manage efficiently and effectively clients inquiries to ensure clients are happy with our services;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 - 5 year experiences in B2B as a business development, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Good relationship with key direct clients in FMCG, Mom and Baby Care, Fashion and Beauty
  • Experience in other media agency or publisher will be highly advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills, team work skills, and ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Good English communication skills & Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
