As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing effective strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth;
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
- Establish and nurture relationships with key direct clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives;
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve and manage efficiently and effectively clients inquiries to ensure clients are happy with our services;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 - 5 year experiences in B2B as a business development, sales executive or a relevant role.
- Good relationship with key direct clients in FMCG, Mom and Baby Care, Fashion and Beauty
- Experience in other media agency or publisher will be highly advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills, team work skills, and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good English communication skills & Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
