Job Description

Salary: 60Mil - 80Mil + Bonus

  • Lead the company's business development efforts within the government sector, being responsible for
  • achieving sales and performance targets in this industry.
  • Continuously explore opportunities to implement the company's products in the government sector,
  • aligning solutions with industry trends and market demands, ensuring adaptability to changing regulations
  • and policies.
  • Focus on key government clients, follow up on major projects, and take ownership of the entire sales cycle,
  • from initial outreach to contract negotiation and post-sale support. Integrate resources from the company and its partners to enhance product offerings and deliver customized solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market changes to provide valuable insights and ensure the companys
  • strategies remain competitive. Adapt approaches as needed to stay ahead in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with governmental agencies, fostering trust and long-term
  • partnerships to promote repeat business and future collaborations.
  • Support the team in resolving issues that arise during the sales and implementation process, ensuring
  • customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated on government policies, tender processes, and funding opportunities, and advise the compan on how to navigate bureaucratic processes to secure new contracts.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the government sector.
  • Familiar with the government industry and clients, possessing extensive resources and partnerships in the
  • government field, with strong market development capabilities.
  • Knowledgeable about the security industry, with proven success in smart city, transportation, and parking
  • operations projects. Passionate about new technologies and business models.
  • Skilled in organizing and coordinating internal and external resources to drive project progress, with
  • experience in cross-team and cross-industry collaboration.
