For over 20 years, CBTW has delivered innovative custom software solutions and digital transformation projects for our global client base. To support our growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify, qualify and nurture new businesses as part of our growing activities.
What you will do
- Develop warm and cold leads and build a robust new business pipeline
- Outbound prospecting via email, phone and face to face meetings
- Develop case studies and other professionally created sales collateral
- Lead custom software development pitch presentations
- Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
- Working closely with Marketing and internal teams to ensure smooth of integration campaigns
What you should have
- 5-7 years of proven experience in consulting-led sales for a custom software development, digital agencies, digital consulting firms or similar.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Proven track record in selling software product engineering services and solutions to senior executives
- Excellent communication, copywriting and presentation skills.
