Job Description
This role plays a key part in developing new clients and driving revenue growth for the company's standardized technology solutions by expanding market opportunities, identifying client needs, and executing effective business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, approach, and develop new clients and strategic partners for the company's solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end business development process, from opportunity identification and solution consulting to commercial negotiation and contract closure.
- Analyze clients business models, strategies, and operational needs to identify partnership opportunities and propose suitable solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's technology solutions and product offerings to effectively advise different customer segments.
- Participate in client pitching, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
- Develop and execute business development plans for the company's solutions.
- Manage post-sale client relationships, monitor project implementation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project effectiveness.
- Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collect market insights and customer feedback to support continuous improvement and development of products and solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or solution consulting.
- Experience in technology, MarTech, digital agencies, FMCG/retail, or working with client-side Sales/KAM teams is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills for business interactions and collaboration.
- Good skills in solution consulting, presentation, and negotiation.
- Proactive mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Good in English communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

- Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
- Saturday: 09:00 – 12:00
