The Sales Lead drives iTechwx's growth in the Vietnam market by identifying new opportunities, promoting market presence, and building strong client partnerships. This role leads bidding and proposal efforts, develops strategic sales plans, and works closely with internal teams to deliver impactful business solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Lead end-to-end bidding processes, including opportunity identification, proposal preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs, address concerns, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop and execute client-specific engagement plans to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Analyze RFPs and develop competitive, high-quality proposals aligned with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (technical, finance, legal) to ensure accurate, compliant, and financially viable bids.
- Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive presentations to clients, stakeholders, and senior management, highlighting value propositions and competitive advantages.
- Develop and support market promotion initiatives, including marketing campaigns, events, and brand-building activities, in collaboration with relevant teams or partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign effectiveness to inform business development and marketing strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and technologies impacting the business.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in principal sales or business development within the IT industry.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); able to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Proven track record in building client networks, closing deals, and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Solid experience in market promotion, client relationship management, and strategic partnerships.
- Strong background in bidding and proposal preparation for large-scale or enterprise-level projects.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation tools, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a team to achieve goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

- Salary at 100% during the probationary period.
- 90% contribution of the gross salary to social insurance.
- An employee who works at night (10 PM - 6 AM) will be paid an additional amount of 30% of the normal salary + PVI insurance + 500,000 VND food allowance.
