Job Description

1. Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute direct sales plans to achieve budget and volume targets for both existing and new retail customers. Build and maintain sales funnels for team members.
  • Sales Execution: Lead the team in customer acquisition activities (booths, roadshows, company presentations, QR codes). Drive cross-selling, upsell initiatives, and continuously improve sales pitches/methods.
  • Quality & Risk Control: Review loan files submitted by sales staff, monitor sales performance, and ensure compliance with internal risk policies. Safeguard customer data.
  • Team Monitoring: Coach, supervise, and evaluate team members KPIs to minimize operational risks.
  • Team Development: Recruit, onboard, and train sales staff, with a focus on supporting low-performing members.
  • Reporting: Prepare periodic sales reports as required by higher management.
2. Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: * Minimum 3 years of experience in the Banking industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a management/leadership role.
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of retail banking products (specifically unsecured loans), financial markets, risk management regulations, and compliance procedures.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Proficient in customer need analysis, market research, time management, and CRM software.
