1. Build banking partnerships, B2B partnership to develop the following services: Eco wallet, Payment gateway, Agent banking, EDC/smartpos/soft pos, Ecopos and other services. Especially focus on developing Agent banking, Merchant chain, Payment service targeting retailer customers.
2. Search and establish strategic partnerships such as Napas/Bank/3rd party to expand the deployment of VietQR, VietQR Pay, VietQR global, Crossborder services.
3. Search and establish partnerships with Large Corp chains, e-Commerce websites, Booking/e-Booking, OTA (Online Travel Agent),... to expand the deployment of Agent Banking, QRCode, SmartPOS, cross border services.
4. Manage Current Partners: Maintain and develop relationships with current partners to ensure sustainable and effective cooperation.
5. Strategic Analysis: Evaluate and plan to analyze strategic cooperation opportunities, make recommendations in line with the company's business goals.
6. Negotiation and Contract Signing: Participate in negotiating and signing cooperation agreements, ensuring terms that are beneficial to the company and partners.
7. Project Implementation Support: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure cooperation projects are implemented on schedule and with high efficiency.
8. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the progress and effectiveness of partnership relationships, periodically report to the leadership and propose necessary adjustments.
9. Responsible for developing monthly, quarterly and annual business plans to measure performance and analyze business indicators to ensure adherence to the company's numerical targets
10. Responsible for developing and developing documents, proposals, cooperation framework fee policies, biz plans ... with partners
11. Responsible for developing and setting up business performance reports and making necessary recommendations to improve business performance according to market and partner fluctuations
12. Responsible for managing and monitoring the progress of projects that the business team is in charge of to ensure the release is on schedule to meet progress and quality, promptly reporting violations and delays to the Board of Directors
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, preferably within the fintech or payments industry
Strong technical acumen with an understanding of payment technologies and platforms
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities and assess market dynamics
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain successful partnerships
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets and business growth
Excelling proficiency in English
Would be a plus if have:
Previous experience in managing payment systems
Technical proficiency in payment technologies
Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships
