Your Responsibilities

  • Search and approach potential clients via personal network, events, partnerships, emails and sales tools, then convert qualified leads into clients.
  • Proactively pursue business targets to ensure company growth.
  • Compose clear, tailored emails and proposals to key clients; follow up and nurture leads to keep their interest in our services.
  • Find and attend relevant networking events to build relationships with businesses, leaders and C-level executives.
  • Conduct market research and propose practical strategies for each assigned market.
  • Report accurate and timely information to managers and perform ad-hoc tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide clients with optimal solutions.

Requirement

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Have 1-2 years of B2B sales/business development experience;
  • Strong English communication and negotiation skills;
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot), Microsoft Office Suite, and client sourcing tools;
  • Demonstrated ability in business development, including client acquisition and strategic partnerships.

Nice to have:

  • Basic IT/Marketing service knowledge.
