Your Responsibilities
- Search and approach potential clients via personal network, events, partnerships, emails and sales tools, then convert qualified leads into clients.
- Proactively pursue business targets to ensure company growth.
- Compose clear, tailored emails and proposals to key clients; follow up and nurture leads to keep their interest in our services.
- Find and attend relevant networking events to build relationships with businesses, leaders and C-level executives.
- Conduct market research and propose practical strategies for each assigned market.
- Report accurate and timely information to managers and perform ad-hoc tasks.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide clients with optimal solutions.
Requirement
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
- Have 1-2 years of B2B sales/business development experience;
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills;
- Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot), Microsoft Office Suite, and client sourcing tools;
- Demonstrated ability in business development, including client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
