JOB PURPOSE

Support the delivery of a high-quality bus travel experience by assisting in resolving customer escalations with guidance from the central support team and local field team. The role will also help in preparing simple/ basic Management Information System (MIS) reports for the Country Head & Business Manager while gaining hands-on exposure to the bus technology ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in monitoring and ensuring accuracy of inventory and ticket pricing across platforms.
  • Support the setup and basic management of the GDS (Global Distribution System) for bus operators.
  • Work with internal teams to learn how to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
  • Provide basic support to bus operators on technical questions and requests.
  • Help in documenting and tracking product-related claims from bus operators.
  • Learn to use tools such as log analysis under supervision to identify and solve system issues.
  • Contribute feedback and observations to improve internal products and processes.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as part of the learning experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed (0-1 year) a Diploma/Bachelors degree (preferably in a technology, business, or related field).
  • Strong interest in customer service, operations, or technology support.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel.
  • Comfortable using English for written and verbal communication.
  • Willingness to learn troubleshooting basics for software and hardware.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
  • Available to work from the office and travel as per business requirements.
