I/ Position information:
- Position: Business Development Intern
- Department: Business Development
- Contract term: 6 months
II/ Position objective:
- We are looking for a proactive, growth-oriented, and mindful Sales/BD Intern who has some understanding or experience with e-commerce in Vietnam (online selling, shop operations, customer chat/page management, TikTok Shop/Facebook Shop, etc.).
- You will support the team in reaching out to sellers, generating leads, and building early-stage business opportunities through social channels.
III/ Position responsibilities:
- Research and identify sellers/merchants operating in the local e-commerce space (Facebook, TikTok, online shops, communities, etc.).
- Proactively reach out and initiate conversations via social media to introduce the company's services in accordance with the provided guidelines.
- Engage and maintain conversations to understand seller needs and collect qualified leads.
- Support paperwork and documentation: preparing materials, weekly/monthly reports, summaries, or insights.
- Create clear presentations, including slides, summaries, and well-structured documents, as required.
- Share market insights and seller feedback to help improve BD strategies and outreach approaches.
IV/ Position requirements:
- Strong preference for candidates with experience/understanding of local e-commerce (online selling, customer service, page management, shop operations, online sales/marketing).
- Good communication skills (written + verbal) with a clear, concise, and confident style.
- Excellent follow-through: able to manage tasks, deadlines, and updates without reminders.
- Mindful working style: detail-oriented, responsible, and thoughtful in handling conversations and situations.
- High willingness to learn, take initiative, and improve continuously.
- Proficient with Google Sheets/Docs; slide-making skills are a strong plus.
