Market Expansion & Dealer Management: * Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers across Northern and Southern Vietnam to ensure nationwide coverage.
Conduct regular performance audits of existing dealers, focusing on sales targets, service capabilities, and brand alignment.
Strategic Account Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for Key Accounts
Provide expert consultation on fleet optimization and material handling efficiency.
Technical Sales Support:
Assist dealers in complex Pre-Sale technical specifications
Bridge the gap between sales and after-sales to ensure high machine uptime for customers.
Marketing & Brand Positioning:
Collaborate on localized advertising campaigns and trade shows to increase KION brand visibility.
Reporting & Strategy:
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends within the Vietnamese industrial sector to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Equipment sales, with a strong preference for candidates from the Forklift, Construction Machinery, or Heavy Equipment industries.
Negotiation: High-level negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and long-term leasing contracts.
Communication: * English: Professional proficiency required for reporting to regional headquarters.
Mandarin: Highly preferred to facilitate communication with the increasing number of Chinese manufacturing firms and FDI projects in Vietnam.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
