Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with the Taiwanese-speaking community and Mandarin-speaking businesses.
- Execute and support business development plans in line with approved KPIs across the following business segments: Residential, Commercial, Hospitality (Serviced Apartments), Other business activities as assigned.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Mandarin-speaking client segment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Perform other duties, tasks, and special projects as assigned by the Board of Directors (BODs).
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Real estate sales, Business development, Sales & marketing, Marketing strategy.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (Taiwanese Mandarin is a strong advantage).
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Japanese language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple business initiatives effectively.
- Familiarity with working with international or expatriate client groups is an advantage.
