The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and promoting our video ad solutions. This is a client-facing role that requires great communication skills, business curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential publishers, agencies, and brand partners
- Understand client goals and recommend suitable Adsolut solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
- Collaborate with internal teams (AdOps, Product, Strategy) to ensure seamless onboarding and campaign execution
- Keep an eye on market trends, competitor activity, and media developments
- Achieve business development targets and contribute to revenue growth
Ideal Profile
What We're Looking For
- 01 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related functionfreshers with strong communication skills and an interest in digital media are highly encouraged to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional presence
- Curiosity for digital advertising and a basic understanding of online media is a plus
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
- Comfortable with presentations, documentation, and working cross-functionally
- Familiarity with advertising platforms or CRMs (like HubSpot or Salesforce) is a bonus but not mandatory
