Role Description:
This fulltime hybrid role for a Business Development Executive is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with some flexibility for work from home. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and build relationships with prospective clients in the office design and build sector. Daily activities include lead generation through multiple channels, qualifying prospects, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with design and project teams to align client requirements with service offerings. The role also involves maintaining and growing key accounts, conducting market research, participating in client meetings, and providing regular reporting on business development performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and convert prospective clients.
- Solid Business acumen, including understanding of sales cycles, commercial terms, and client needs in B2B environments.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in Account Management to nurture long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prior experience in real estate, office design, construction, or related services is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in standard office software and CRM tools for tracking leads and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional fluency in English; Vietnamese language skills are highly beneficial for local client engagement.
