This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise to support sales activities, addressing customer inquiries and needs, and ensuring successful implementation of technical solutions. Daily tasks include identifying client requirements, preparing and delivering presentations, collaborating with sales teams, and providing exceptional customer service to maintain and grow client relationships. The role also involves troubleshooting and offering technical support for the company's products.

• Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to provide effective solutions and address client technical needs
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven experience in Sales, including the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities
• Ability to work effectively on-site and contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with the pump industry or related industrial equipment is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is highly desirable
