ABOUT THIS ROLE

Planning, Strategy development and execution:

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company's revenue and profit targets.

Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans, including specific objectives and actionable plans.

Analyze the market, competitors, industry trends, and new opportunities to formulate effective business strategies.

Business Operations Management

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of daily business operations.

Ensure all business operations comply with the company's policies and regulations.

Customer Relationship Enhancement

Identify and build relationships with potential clients.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Sales Team Management

Recruit, train, and develop the sales team.

Set performance targets and evaluate employee performance.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly business reports for the executive leadership.

Analyze business results and provide recommendations and solutions for improvement

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Logistics business sector, including transportation, warehouse leasing, end-to-end supply chain (Contract Logistics); experience in Pharmaceutical Distribution is a plus.
