Job Description

Location: Hybrid (with regular travel to client sites and target markets globally)

Type: Full-Time

Start Date: Immediate

Compensation: Highly competitive base salary: 20M + executive performance bonus + industry-leading commission structure on closed revenue

At EVIT, we are looking for a high-potential Business Development Executive who wants to grow income, career level, and international exposure faster than the traditional corporate path.

We help tech, software, and IT companies expand into new markets across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America.

That means your clients are ambitious companies.

Your conversations are with founders and executives.

Your deals can be life-changing.

This is not a support role. This is a growth seat close to the CEO.

Responsibilities

1. Revenue Ownership & Strategic Deal-Making

  • Own clietn's global revenue targets, pipeline health, and conversion KPIs end-to-end.
  • Personally lead strategic, high-value pursuits with C-level executives at startups, SMEs, and enterprises across Western and Asian markets.
  • Architect compelling value propositions and negotiate complex multi-stakeholder deals through to signature.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of trusted relationships with founders, CEOs, and decision-makers in our target ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with other team members: sales, marketing, and presales to achieve best results 

2. Go-to-Market Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Collaborate with CEO to adjust go to market strategies: target markets, ideal client profiles, service positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Lead expansion into new geographies and verticals, with a current focus on Southeast Asia and tech corridors linking Western clients and APAC IT service providers.
  • Translate market intelligence into go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and partnership models.
  • Be flexible and ready to travel to target markets when needed to indentify new business opportunities, meet prospects face-to-face, deliver compelling pitches, and personally close strategic deals

3. Team Leadership & Commercial Operations

  • Coach BD Representatives, Account Managers and lead generation specialists.
  • Implement scalable sales processes, pipeline tracking, and forecasting disciplines (CRM, PDCA, KPI dashboards).

4. Multi-Channel Pipeline Development

  • Oversee inbound and outbound demand generation across digital marketing, strategic partnerships, events, and outbound campaigns.
  • Direct the creation of sales materials pitch decks, proposals, case studies that win against global competitors.
  • Forge alliances with referral partners, channel partners, and industry associations to multiply reach.

5. Executive Partnership & Long-Term Impact

  • Partner directly with the CEO on company strategy, fundraising conversations, and key board-level decisions.
  • Represent clients at industry events, conferences, and in client-facing thought leadership.
  • Uphold high standard of excellence, delivering results that exceed expectations and position us as the trusted partner for global expansion.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5+ years in business development, sales leadership, or commercial strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated track record of personally closing high-value B2B deals in IT services, software, or tech consulting.
  • Proven experience building and scaling a BD/sales organization from the ground up.
  • Hands-on experience in international markets - Asia-Pacific, Europe, or North America with cross-cultural deal-making fluency.
  • History of consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets.

Skills:

  • Mastery of B2B sales strategy, enterprise negotiation, and complex deal structuring.
  • Deep expertise in pipeline architecture, sales operations, and KPI-driven team management.
  • Strong command of go-to-market planning, ICP definition, and value proposition design.
  • Exceptional executive communication equally effective with engineers, founders.
