Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Prime Building 53 Quang Trung, Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi

Working Time: 8:30 a.m to 5:30p.m (Monday to Friday)

The Business Development Executive is responsible for supporting business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and relationship management. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, assisting in proposal preparation, and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored corporate services solutions. Chinese language capability is an advantage for engaging Chinese-speaking clients and partner.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using Hubspot systems.

Client Engagement & Sales Support

  • Communicate with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and service requirements.
  • Present InCorp's service offerings, including company incorporation, compliance, accounting, payroll, tax, and immigration services.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
  • Support negotiations and assist in closing deals.

Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Provide timely responses to client enquiries and ongoing support.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.

-13 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (B2B preferred).

-Experience in consulting firm, industrial park or corporate services is an advantage

-Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is a strong advantage for this role..
