Job Description

SCOPE OF WORK

Business Development Executive / Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting business growth initiatives, identifying and acquiring new customer opportunities, and maintaining profitable relationships within the assigned market. The role focuses on developing and managing a portfolio of loyalty customers, promoting Hoiana products and services, and assisting in achieving revenue and visitation targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

KPI Achievement & Customer Development

  • Identify and acquire new Hoiana Rewards members within the assigned market through networking activities, referrals, and internal introductions.
  • Execute customer development plans to increase the frequency of spend and visit within the Hoiana property using all resort assets.
  • Maintain regular communication with assigned guests to ensure Hoiana is promoted and marketed directly.
  • Support to maximize the redemption and response rate of promotions, events and activities produced by Hoiana Resort and Golf. Provide feedback to assist in the continuous improvement of the property calendar and promotional activities.

Partnership & Deal Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact for business development inquiries and collaboration discussions.
  • Support negotiations and secure strategic partnerships, collaborations, and business deals.
  • Develop relationships with Travel Agents and Agents throughout the region that can leverage Hoiana partnership programs and derive profitable outcomes on an ongoing basis.

Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Finance, Legal) to support sales execution as required.
  • Ensure positive and continuous feedback is provided to Gaming Operations, Casino Marketing, Sales Support, VIP Services and Hospitality operations to ensure target segments (Premium Direct, Premium Mass and partner guests) have superior service and execution of trips is seamless.
  • Track progress of ongoing initiatives and report updates to management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Local, Female candidate is preferable.
  • Fluent Mandarin speaking ability.
  • Proficiency in an additional language (English) is a priority qualification.
  • Professional appearance.
