Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven professional to join our growth team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Selection will be based purely on merit, relevant skills, and the ability to perform the specific functions of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPI driven).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies.

Key Requirement:

Experience & Education:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a B2B sales, Account Management, or Business Development role.

Technical & Hard Skills:

  • Data Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentation).
  • Numerical Acumen: Ability to calculate profit margins, prepare quotes, and analyze sales data.
