Job Description

MISSION

  • The Go! Coordinator drives the best collaboration in between Group Business Development department teams (Expansion & Land Acquisition, Strategy, Market Insights) and all CRV stakeholders (Corporate affairs, Legal, C&D, Openings & FM, Finance, all Bu's & CEO Office) to deliver our growth targets.
  • The Go! Coordinator is responsible to maintain an efficient project workflow with clear ownership via stakeholder management and relationship building, coordinating approvals, pipeline quantity and quality, and timelines management.
  • The Go! Coordinator ensures the communication and reporting in between Group Business Development department teams and all CRV stakeholders, to guarantee the respect of BUs business models, a transparent risk assessment, controlled financial impacts and the anticipation of any issues impacting CRV growth.
  • The Go! Coordinator contributes to maintain a good relationship with the external parties we cooperate with (Authorities, Consultants, Constructors, Real Estate Brokers, Landlords, Developers & Shopping center leasing teams...) and supports other duties related to the Group Business Development and CRV Strategy for the company.

ACTIVITIES

Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Coordination and Collaborate with Group Business Development department teams (Expansion & Land Acquisition, Strategy, Market Insights) and all CRV stakeholders (Corporate affairs, Legal, C&D, Openings & FM, Finance, all BUs, CEO Office) to ensure store openings, remodelings, renovations, relocations, or other expansion tasks, and deliver our growth targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain an efficient project workflow and follow up with clear ownership, clarity on pipeline quantity and quality, and timelines management.
  • Coordination and collaboration of future IC & Excom process for all CRV Stakeholders (Corporate affairs, Legal, C&D, Openings & FM, Finance, all BUs, CEO Office and Bangkok Team)
  • Development and Implementation of Standard operating procedures for How to open a store in for different formats
  • Implementation of BI Tools for improving Anticipation, Collaboration and ownership
  • Coordinate internal and external approval processes, ensuring efficient communication and transparent risk assessment.

Site Selection:

  • Collaborate with Expansion Managers and other CRV stakeholders in negotiations with real estate brokers, landlords, consultants, constructors, developers, shopping center leasing teams, and local authorities, to secure suitable retail spaces and land acquisition.

Project & Construction Management:

  • Support transversally the entire expansion project lifecycle, from site selection to store opening. Develop and manage project timelines of all expansion projects, to ensure successful execution.
  • This includes steering the projects and their stakeholders, to secure delivery in compliance with the brand criteria, international safety standards, construction requirements, on time, cost, quality and risk – in collaboration with Expansion Managers, Corporate Affairs, Legal team, C&D team, Openings & FM team, Finance and other BUs teams.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on Group Business Development progress, including Timeline and deviations, key metrics, project status, and financial performance. Analyze post-opening performance and identify areas for improvement.

COMPETENCIES

Functional knowledge & experience:

  • Knowledgeable of Vietnamese administrative and institutional system, Vietnamese laws / regulations on land, urban planning, construction, investment, real estate business and real estate services, management of investment construction project, procedure of implementation of investment project;
  • Knowledgeable of commercial laws, company's laws, corporate finance, taxes, financial analysis and establishment of investment project.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, design, and construction processes.

Functional skill:

  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, quick thinking and Solution orientated
  • Excellent analytical and market research abilities
  • Self starter with capacity to work independently

Managerial skill:

  • Planning and organizing skill.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Retail Management, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • At least 3-4 year experiences in working with foreign-invested enterprises or foreign organizations in the field of real estate investment or architecture, construction, investment project management. Proven track record of managing successful retail expansions or store openings.

Language:

  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese (speaking, reading, writing) is a must;
