Job Description

What You'll Do

• Own a China-focused client portfolio: Develop and execute BD strategies for Chinese enterprises in Vietnam.
• Advise senior decision-makers: CEOs, GMs, Factory Directors, HR Leaders.
• Win and grow business: Identify opportunities, negotiate, and close high-value recruitment assignments.
• Be a market expert: Deliver insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent strategy.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team: Supported by global brand, systems, and infrastructure.

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For

• Native Vietnamese + fluent Mandarin (spoken & written)
• 2-5 years experience in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition
• Strong confidence engaging senior Chinese stakeholders
• A hunter mindset and you love opening doors and building from scratch
• Ambitious, resilient, and commercially curious

Recruitment experience is a plus, but not essential - we'll train you!
