The Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development professional to spearhead our client acquisition in the Vietnamese market. In this role, you will be the driving force behind identifying new opportunities, managing critical client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term partners.

Crucially, you will champion our strategic expansion into our core growth areas: Amazon launching and management, SEO & GEO, and high-level Performance Marketing.

What You Will Do

  • Drive New Business: Proactively identify and target potential B2B clients in Vietnam through market research, networking, and demand-generation activities.
  • Pitch & Present: Craft persuasive, visually appealing proposals, company profiles, and pitch decks. Conduct highly engaging sales meetings and demonstrations that showcase our agency's unique value proposition.
  • Consult & Customize: Conduct deep market research to understand client needs and develop customized digital marketing solutions that solve their specific business challenges.
  • Close Deals: Negotiate contracts and deliver persuasive sales proposals to meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate: Work seamlessly with our internal project and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, new digital marketing strategies, and emerging tech to provide valuable insights to clients and position CBI Digital as a thought leader.

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • Experience: A proven track record of success in B2B business development and sales, specifically within the digital marketing, SaaS, or tech agency sectors.
  • Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape. You should be highly comfortable discussing Performance Marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads), SEO, CRO, and ideally, the Amazon ecosystem.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. You know how to build rapport, establish trust, and clearly articulate value.
  • Languages: Full fluency in both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal).
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Open-minded and eager to learn new tools in an evolving digital landscape.
