Job Description

1. Role Purpose

To grow the Catering revenue of our three-restaurant group by acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and developing the business in a structured and strategic manner.

This role does NOT handle daily operations.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. New Client Acquisition (Primary Focus)

- Identify and approach companies, coworking spaces, and organizations with catering needs.

- Conduct outreach through in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and networking.

- Present catering services and organize tasting sessions (with operational support from Huyen).

- Convert prospects into recurring clients (weekly / monthly / annual orders).

B. Partnerships & Community Development

- Build strategic partnerships with event planners, wedding coordinators, and corporate HR/Admin teams.

- Develop relationships with local communities, sports clubs, embassies, associations, and event organizers.

- Represent the brand at relevant events, fairs, and networking activities.

C. Marketing & Visibility

- Collaborate with the Marketing team to increase visibility of catering services on social media.

- Work with the designer (Long) to create simple marketing materials.

- Collect feedback, photos, and case studies from completed catering events.

- Update catering content on the website and Google profiles in collaboration with the Marketing team.

D. Product & Offer Development

- Work closely with Management, the Catering Coordinator (Huyen), and Marketing to:

- Refine catering menus

- Develop catering packages

- Design seasonal promotions

- Create corporate meal plans and special-event packages

- Analyse competitors catering offerings and identify improvement opportunities.

E. Handover to Operations (No Direct Execution)

- Ensure a clear and complete handover of newly acquired clients to the Catering Coordinator.

- Provide necessary information for quotations, kitchen planning, and delivery logistics (handled by Huyen).

- Support communication only when required for key or major accounts.

F. High-Level Reporting

- Maintain a simple CRM tracking file.

- Provide monthly reports on outreach activities, new clients, and revenue impact.

3. Ideal Candidate Profile

- Confident, proactive, and comfortable approaching businesses

- Strong communicator with natural relationship-building skills

- Minimum 10 years of experience in at least two of the following areas:

  • Sales
  • Hospitality
  • Events
  • HR
  • Business Development

- Highly organized and self-driven

- Understands (or can quickly learn) catering and restaurant workflows

- Professional, polished, and reliable
