Job Description

  • Plan to find, introduce, and advise new customers on the company's delivery services to meet KPIs for new customer acquisition; maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Find new customers, prepare quotations and contracts with customers, and submit negotiation results to the Sales Manager for approval.
  • Provide after-sales customer service in the assigned area.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager in developing individual and team revenue plans.

Job Requirements

  • College/University degree, preferably in economics or logistics.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the logistics field.
  • Strong sales and service consulting skills, excellent communication skills.
  • Skills in persuasion, negotiation, business planning, and understanding of sales targets.
  • Strong market understanding and quick learning ability

  • Salary: 15 - 20 million VND ++ (Basic salary + Allowances + KPI bonuses) + Unlimited commission
  • Quarterly and annual bonuses, full 13th-month salary.
