Plan to find, introduce, and advise new customers on the company's delivery services to meet KPIs for new customer acquisition; maintain relationships with existing customers.
Find new customers, prepare quotations and contracts with customers, and submit negotiation results to the Sales Manager for approval.
Provide after-sales customer service in the assigned area.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager in developing individual and team revenue plans.
Job Requirements
College/University degree, preferably in economics or logistics.
At least 1 year of experience in the logistics field.
Strong sales and service consulting skills, excellent communication skills.
Skills in persuasion, negotiation, business planning, and understanding of sales targets.
Strong market understanding and quick learning ability
