About VHALT Renewable Solutions

VHALT is unlocking sustainable energy for Southeast Asia's industrial sector. We work with factories and industrial parks to deliver turnkey renewable energy solutions including Rooftop Solar (RTS), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Direct Power Purchase Agreements (DPPA), partnering with leading EPCs and trusted investors.

We're expanding in Vietnam and need someone to drive deals from lead generation through to contract signing.

Your Role

You'll be on the frontline of VHALT's expansion in Vietnam. Your job is simple: find and qualify high-potential industrial clients, generate leads, book meetings, and support the sales cycle. You'll work closely with our leadership and investors to get deals moving.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on outreach, hustle, and making things happen.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify and contact key decision-makers in industrial companies across Vietnam
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads for RTS, BESS, and DPPA projects
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and attend industry events
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the senior team or directly support early sales conversations
  • Work with leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Support client presentations and basic proposal development
  • Keep the CRM and internal reports updated

Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (renewable energy preferred but not essential)
  • Vietnamese fluency, strong English skills (spoken and written)
  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Driven, coachable, resourceful
  • Based in Vietnam and able to travel internally occasionally for site visits or meetings

Languages: Chinese or Korean a plus, but not essential.
