About Sliner

Sliner is a technology-enabled consulting firm specializing in Accounting Services, Finance Transformation, Business Process Automation, and Corporate Advisory.

Alongside our professional services, Sliner is developing Genbook – a modern accounting and financial operating platform designed to help businesses automate accounting processes, improve financial visibility, and scale more efficiently.

We are looking for a Business Development Associate / Senior Associate to join our Ho Chi Minh City team and drive the growth of Sliner's accounting and finance services as well as Genbook's technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound activities, networking, referrals, events, partnerships, and other channels.

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and actively drive opportunities through the sales cycle.

• Develop relationships with founders, business owners, finance leaders, and other key decision-makers.

• Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Understand clients business models, accounting and finance needs, and operational challenges to identify suitable solutions.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial materials, and negotiate with clients when required.

• Follow up and manage the sales process from initial contact through closing and handover.

Solution Selling

• Introduce and advise clients on Sliner's accounting, finance, and business advisory services.

• Present Genbook's accounting software and automation solutions based on clients specific business needs.

• Work closely with accounting, consulting, and product teams to develop appropriate solutions for clients.

• Gather market and customer insights to help improve Sliner's services and Genbook's product offering.

Client & Market Development

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

• Develop a strong understanding of the eCommerce, technology, software, and B2B business landscape.

• Support business development campaigns, seminars, networking events, and partnership activities.

• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities for Sliner and Genbook.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Consulting, or a related role.

• Experience in B2B sales is an advantage.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.

• Strong interest in finance, accounting, technology, or business consulting.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

• Good English communication skills are an advantage.
