Job description
Reports to the Director Cash Van on the following key areas:
1. Report on Cash Van Sales Performance (KPI): Acknowledge, guide, implement and supervise
subordinates in keeping track and completing sales reports.
2. Facilitate the roll out, development and maintenance of the sales application system based on
management direction & users requirements and ensure the timely implementation of plans.
3. Organize system training for new users and on-site system administrators. This includes refresher
courses for existing users when necessary.
4. Working with relevant departments, our partners and vendors to ensure Cash Van sales operation run
smoothly.
5. Manage, analysis and evaluate Sales support programs and ensure all payment of sales programs
completed as alignment with accounting regulations.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree in Economics/ Business Administration or relevant majors.
2. Candidate who previously held 2-3 years Sales or Sales Administration experiences in F&B establishments, FMCG Industry, or Beverages Distribution with Alcohol or None-Alcohol is preferred
3. Distribution management and/or DMS experience/ Trade Marketing/ Sales Admin.
4. Sales application or software development experience.
5. Good English speaking, listening, writing.
6. Good interpersonal skills.
7. Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, trade management software).
8. A Team Player, able to help and work as a Team
9. Able to start work immediately.
