About the Role

As an Account Manager / Business Development Manager at Amaris Consulting, you will play a key role in driving business expansion, managing strategic client relationships, and developing consulting solutions tailored to client needs. You will act as a trusted partner to clients while collaborating closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and long-term account growth.

Your Missions

Business Development & Account Management

  • Develop and expand a portfolio of clients through proactive business development and strategic networking.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and understand client challenges.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to proposal preparation and contract negotiation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership growth.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across consulting services and project engagements.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to drive strategic business initiatives.

Client Delivery & Talent Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to identify and deploy the right consultants for client projects.
  • Ensure successful project follow-up by maintaining regular communication with both clients and consultants.
  • Support consultants throughout their assignments and contribute to maintaining high engagement and satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure service quality and operational excellence.

Business & Performance Management

  • Contribute to the strategic growth and performance of your business unit.
  • Track commercial performance, pipeline development, and revenue generation activities.
  • Participate in forecasting, reporting, and business planning initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen client experience and business efficiency.

About You

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, Recruitment Consulting, or a client-facing consulting role.
  • Strong ability to develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and international environment.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (additional languages are a plus).
