Role Description

He/She is responsible for the overall management of the service delivery performance and structure, inclusive of people, processes, productivity and efficiency, systems and financial performance; thus, bringing best-in-class services and experience to clients and customers.

By building sound modus operandi in close collaboration with Sales, Finance, HR, Partnership Development, Marketing and other key internal and external stakeholders, the Senior Manager ensures that client and market needs remain at the forefront of our operations planning.

He/She will also act as a systems integrator, ensuring smooth cross platform orchestration between all service delivery platforms to bring a seamless delivery across all products and services to our clients and customers.

Role Responsibility:

Drive the overall client portfolio and account strategy to achieve annual growth and performance goals and execute on strategic initiatives.

Effectively communicate the value of Aspire's services.

Consistently monitor client performance.

Cross-sell products/solutions for increased profitability and efficiencies (website upgrades, mobile app, marketing initiatives).

Serve as a trusted partner to clients.

Consult with clients to assess goals/objectives and recommend solutions to gain client satisfaction and operational efficiencies.

Work with marketing and partnerships to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (web, email).

Collaborate with various company functional departments on new program set-ups and changes through request database.

Create and present business reviews with all clients.

Manage the proposal and SOW process for new program implementations and other initiatives.

Work closely with Concierge Managers to implement training, call calibrations and daily operational efficiencies.

Required Work Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and/or at least 2 years Account/Relationship Management experience.

Experience with pipeline management and goal achievement

Loyalty Experience preferred

Strong comfort with PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Experience working in a virtual environment

Travel Requirements:

Some travel may be required

Required Languages:

High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
