Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1) Key Account Development

  • Develop and manage relationships with large private clinics, chain clinics, and premium practices.
  • Identify growth opportunities and support expansion in major regions.

2) Market & Network Expansion

  • Expand coverage in provinces/new territory
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team on events, product demonstrations, and KOL activities to generate leads.

3) Market Insights & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and account plans.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Experience in dental sales.
  • Strong existing relationships with dental clinics or clinic chains in Vietnam.
  • Proven ability to achieve and grow sales targets.

Preferred

  • Understanding of dental clinic or lab workflows and key consumables (e.g. GIC, composite, cement, impression materials).

Skills & Attributes

  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Basic to good English communication is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and open to frequent travel.
