Key Responsibilities
1) Key Account Development
- Develop and manage relationships with large private clinics, chain clinics, and premium practices.
- Identify growth opportunities and support expansion in major regions.
2) Market & Network Expansion
- Expand coverage in provinces/new territory
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on events, product demonstrations, and KOL activities to generate leads.
3) Market Insights & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and account plans.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Experience in dental sales.
- Strong existing relationships with dental clinics or clinic chains in Vietnam.
- Proven ability to achieve and grow sales targets.
Preferred
- Understanding of dental clinic or lab workflows and key consumables (e.g. GIC, composite, cement, impression materials).
Skills & Attributes
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic to good English communication is an advantage.
- Self-driven, proactive, and open to frequent travel.
