JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Analyze business data to identify trends, fluctuations, and factors affecting operational efficiency; provide actionable insights to support management and decision-making processes.
- Design, develop, and operate reporting systems and BI dashboards to serve management and various business units.
- Standardize metrics, KPIs, and data structures to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reported data.
- Collaborate with functional departments (Sales, Finance, QA, Technical departments, etc.) to integrate and effectively exploit data from existing systems.
- Manage reporting data, including data quality control, and the development of data dictionaries and metadata.
- Proactively research and propose improvements for processes, tools, and analytical methods to enhance the organization's data analysis capabilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in software such as SPSS, SAS, PowerBI, or equivalent; strong knowledge of database systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Expertise: Practical understanding of data storage, data modeling, and data mining. Proven ability in data storytelling.
- Experience: Practical experience in data analysis and market research.
- Tools: Deep understanding of search engines, web analytics, and enterprise market research tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and coherently.
- Mindset: Sharp analytical thinking, critical thinking skills, and the ability to provide logical evaluations.
