Business/ Data Analyst (Middle - Senior)

Project Description:

You will be part of a data-driven project in the banking domain, focusing on building and optimizing data models and data warehouse solutions. The project aims to enhance data accessibility, reporting capabilities, and support business decision-making through structured data platforms and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to data.
• Design and document logical and physical data models to support reporting and analytics.
• Work closely with data engineers and BI developers to ensure data accuracy and usability.
• Support the development and maintenance of data warehouse and data lake solutions.
• Participate in testing phases (UAT) and assist in user training and documentation.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for data-related solutions.

Requirements:

• Must Have:
• Strong experience in Data Modeling (ERD, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
• Excellent command of SQL for data analysis and transformation.
• Understanding of data warehouse architecture and concepts.
• Nice to Have:
• Good communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Plus Point:
• Prior experience or domain knowledge in banking or financial services.
