About The Team
This position is within the Business Planning Department, specifically responsible for the deployment of the Food Locker project across all markets in 2026.
About The Role
- Identify and evaluate potential locations for Food Locker deployment.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and property managers.
- Negotiate and execute lease agreements.
- Manage the entire process from site identification to contract signing.
- Advise clients on matters related to property leasing.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Essential
Required Skills and Experience:
- Fluency in English (direct report to Regional Manager)
- Proven sales skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred
- 1+ year of sales experience in related industries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong sense of responsibility and proactive approach to work
Salary And Benefits
- Total Salary: Basic salary: up to 27,000,000 VND gross/month + Incentives
- 100% salary during the two-month probation period and full social, health, and unemployment insurance (SHUI) coverage
