Job Description

The Business Central ERP Support role is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central systems. This position works closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and end users to ensure system stability, resolve technical issues, and support day-to-day operational needs, especially for warehouse and scanning activities.

-Dynamics 365 Business Central.

-Develop a strong understanding of internal and external Business Central extensions to support ongoing operations.

-Provide user training, coaching, and system guidance to ensure effective system adoption.

-Support warehouse operations by assisting users with scanning-related issues in Business Central extensions and mobile apps, including troubleshooting handheld device errors, barcode scanning problems, and connectivity issues.

-Deliver functional and basic technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, specifically within Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

-Investigate, analyze, and resolve user-reported incidents in a timely and accurate manner.

-Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex system issues when escalation is required.

-Maintain documentation for issues, solutions, system enhancements, and user guides to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity.

-Support additional ERP-related activities as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Yu cu cho v tr/ Formal prerequisites for the position (e.g. training, experience, education etc.)

-Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly in SCM modules such as Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Advanced Warehouse, and Scanner solutions.

-Willingness and ability to learn and support third-party extensions integrated with Business Central.

-Experience supporting warehouse operations, barcode scanning systems, or related hardware is an advantage.

-Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

-Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively to urgent issues
