Description
- Plan and conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to the company's processes/regulations; monitor the quality of products and services provided by the company.
- Analyze results, prepare audit/control reports, and propose corrective and improvement actions.
- Follow up on the resolution of audit findings.
- Coordinate and implement projects/activities aimed at continuous process/operational improvement.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management/process compliance control, prefer Big 4 experience.
- Preference for candidates with experience in quality control, auditing, project management, planning, etc.
- Priority given to candidates with knowledge of FPT Corporation's industries/operations.
- Good communication skills, logical and systematic thinking, detail-oriented, meticulous, able to handle a high workload, and resilient under pressure.
- Strong data processing, statistical, and analytical skills.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
