Business Architecture Engineer (Solution Architect)

Role Overview

As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with the business development team to understand customer needs and design scalable, high-impact cloud solutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners, driving cloud adoption and enabling business growth through Alibaba Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the business development team to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions

• Build and expand strong relationships with customer architects, senior technical decision-makers, and key business stakeholders

• Leverage Alibaba Cloud reference architectures to design scalable and reusable solutions across multiple customers and partners

• Demonstrate business value through solution design, including alternative architectures and cost-performance optimization scenarios

Provide technical guidance and hands-on support for cloud migration projects, including:

• Migration strategy and execution

• Demo development and proof-of-concept (POC)

• Testing and validation of Alibaba Cloud services

• Act as the voice of customers and partners by collecting feedback, identifying gaps and blockers, and collaborating with internal teams to improve products and services

• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure successful solution delivery

• Participate in local marketing and industry events to showcase Alibaba Cloud solutions and success stories, enhancing market visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

• 5–15 years of B2B pre-sales / solution architecture experience, with at least 5 years in public cloud

• Strong technical background in cloud computing, including architecture design and deployment

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles (pre-sales, solution architecture, consulting)

• Excellent presentation, communication, and whiteboarding skills, with the ability to produce clear architectural documentation

• Solid understanding of:

• Cloud product architecture and use cases

• Market positioning and competitive landscape of cloud solutions

• Strong ability to coordinate and integrate cross-functional resources

• Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects is highly preferred

• Alibaba Cloud certification (ACP / ACE) is a strong plus

• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required

• Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage

要求

• 计算机科学、信息技术或相关领域的学士学位或以上学历

• 5 - 15年B2B售前/解决方案架构经验,其中至少5年在公有云领域

• 在云计算领域拥有强大的技术背景,包括架构设计和部署

• 在面向客户的岗位(售前、解决方案架构、咨询)有丰富经验

• 出色的演示、沟通和白板展示能力,具备撰写清晰架构文档的能力

• 扎实掌握:

• 云产品架构与用例

• 云解决方案的市场定位与竞争格局

• 具备强大的跨部门资源协调与整合能力

• 有云迁移项目的实际操作经验者优先

• 阿里云认证(ACP / ACE)是一项重要加分项
