Business Architecture Engineer

Job Scope

As a Solution Architect, work closely with the business development team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their requirements.

Develops and expands existing impactful relationships with customer architects, senior technical decision-makers, and business stakeholders.

Leverages and champions Alibaba Cloud reference architecture approach to propose and develop solutions to scale across multiple customers/partners while demonstrating the business case and presenting alternative scenarios.

Provide technical guidance to customers and partners in migrating their existing system to Alibaba Cloud platforms. This includes providing migration technique support, demo development, and testing Alibaba Cloud services.

Acts as the voice of the customers or partners by driving new feedback, gaps, blockers, insights, resources, etc. to internal teams to shape products and services by providing insights across the regions.

Participate in local marketing events to showcase effective product solutions and success stories, and increase the market presence of Alibaba Cloud.

Requirement:

5-15 years of To B pre-sales related work experience, including at least 5 years experience in public cloud area.

A background in IT and computer science with a solid understanding of cloud computing technology.

Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles, excellent presentation and whiteboarding skills, including the ability to create clear architectural documentation and solutions for segmented fields.

Familiarity with the functional architecture, applicable scenarios, market strategy, and competitive strategy of cloud products.

Ability and experience to coordinate and integrate cross-departmental resources.

Candidates with Alibaba Cloud certification (ACP or ACE) will be given priority.

Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required, and Chinese is a strong plus.
