We are currently seeking a talented, tech-savvy Part-Time Business Analyst to join our growing team. This remote position has the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate and will be contracted under a hợp đồng cộng tác viên (collaborator contract).
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
- Professional-level English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Strong background in Information Technology (IT).
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Solid understanding of web, app, and software development processes.
- Note: This is not a development role—coding skills are not required, but strong technical literacy is essential.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident interacting with business professionals.
- Proficiency with UI/UX mockup tools such as Axure and Figma.
- Ability to create clear and professional diagrams (e.g., workflows, business processes, system architecture) using tools like Lucidchart and Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
- Hands-on experience with mockup design tools.
- Background or experience in software development (not required, but a plus).
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and break down business requirements into actionable tasks for developers.
- Document and manage tasks within Azure DevOps.
- Design mockups and wireframes to illustrate new system features or interfaces.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and business processes.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders (clients, users, architects, developers).
- Assist in light project management duties, including feature coordination and task tracking.
- Collaborate with developers and software architects to support development efforts.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure delivered features align with defined requirements.
