Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Support UAT execution for Credit Card onboarding and servicing flows.
  • Analyze business requirements, BRD, mapping documents, and functional specifications.
  • Prepare and review test scenarios and test cases.
  • Investigate and analyze defects during SIT/UAT phases.
  • Validate migration and static data between legacy and target systems.
  • Perform reconciliation and data validation using Excel and SQL.
  • Validate reports, balances, statements, DPD, payment allocation, and product mapping.
  • Coordinate with Business, IT, Operations, Risk, Vendor, and related stakeholders.
  • Track defects and support issue clarification until closure.
  • Support UAT sign-off activities and documentation.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as BA, UAT, or Data Analyst (preferred in Banking or Finance domain).
  • Experience in migration or UAT projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of system integration and business flow.
  • Strong Excel skills: Pivot, XLOOKUP, reconciliation.
  • Basic SQL skills for data validation.
  • Experience working with defect management and testing lifecycle.
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Experience in Credit Card or Core Banking projects is a plus.
  • Experience with Way4, VisionPlus, Prime, T24, or Card Management System is a plus.
  • Experience in reconciliation or migration validation is a plus.
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum environment is a plus.
