Business Analyst Trainee

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a Business Analyst Trainee. The Business Analyst Trainee will collaborate with team members to gather and analyze business requirements, develop insights for decision-making, and recommend process improvements. The role also involves consistently reviewing and aligning business operations with organizational goals, and documenting findings and strategies in an efficient manner.

• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering
• Effective Communication skills, including clear documentation and stakeholder engagement
• Understanding of Business Processes and their optimization
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with project management principles and tools is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP systems and digital solutions is advantageous
