ABOUT THE JOB
- Work directly with business users to understand business needs, pain points, and operational challenges.
- Analyze and design end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Propose solutions and process enhancements to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and service quality.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and solution outcomes.
- Collaborate in defining product roadmap, feature prioritization, and solution feasibility with a product owner mindset.
- Conduct data analysis using SQL/PLSQL with MS SQL, MySQL, and Oracle to support business decisions.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation support to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Maintain documentation, process flows, and knowledge base for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on payment trends, compliance, and industry best practices.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in complex or regulated industries.
- Experience working with banking data and processes.
- Experience with MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle.
- Experience using SQL/PLSQL for data handling.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with business users and proactively propose solutions to improve business processes.
- Solid stakeholder management skills, especially in complex, cross-functional, or high-pressure environments.
- Familiar with Business Analyst methodologies and tools: BPMN, UML, Jira, Confluence, process mapping.
- Good command of English, able to communicate with regional stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
