Gather and consolidate requirements between users and the system.
Analyze, advise, and optimize system-related solutions.
Design processes and validate system functionalities according to requirements.
Monitor and manage business changes during project implementation.
Analyze data from system sources to ensure accuracy and efficiency after functionality deployment.
Manage, plan, and evaluate the work of the BA team to ensure business documentation meets product development requirements and project timelines.
Oversee team progress and quality, provide guidance, coaching, and training for team members.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 45 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent, including at least 2 years as a BA Lead or Product Owner with user- and business-oriented mindset.
Strong understanding of BA tasks and skills: information analysis, business modeling, requirement analysis, etc.
Proficient in database usage and SQL knowledge.
Knowledge of programming and understanding programming languages is a plus.
Team management and project progress tracking experience.
Experience with UI/UX is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and accountable in work.
