  • Collect, analyze, and clarify business requirements from internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations, Admin, etc.).
  • Analyze current business processes (As-is) and propose improved processes (To-be) to optimize operations and system efficiency.
  • Participate in building and developing internal products/systems such as HRM, ERP, workflow management systems, data management, and reporting systems.
  • Document business and system requirements, including BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, wireframes (if required).
  • Work closely with PO/PM, Development, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure requirements are implemented correctly and completely.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collect user feedback, and propose system improvements after deployment.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring technology solutions align with actual business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in product-based or internal system projects.
  • Experience in business analysis for systems such as HRM, ERP, CRM, Finance, Workflow, or enterprise management software.
  • Ability to model business processes using BPMN, flowcharts, UML, or similar tools.
  • Strong skills in business documentation, communication, and cross-department collaboration.
  • Logical thinking, strong analytical skills, proactive working attitude, and responsibility for deliverables.
  • Basic understanding of software systems, databases, and APIs is an advantage.
