Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Vietnam for a Business Analyst (Pharmaceutical Industry).
- Develop, maintain, and optimize business dashboards to support sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Analyze complex data sets including pricing, tender results, import volumes, IQVIA market data, and DAV (Drug Administration of Vietnam) registration information.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning, forecasting, and product performance tracking.
- Manage calendars and support priority setting and scheduling for business units.
- Update and track new information from the DAV website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, regulatory, supply chain) to gather business intelligence and align on strategic goals.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to assist management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company, preferably in roles related to business analysis, commercial planning, or sales support.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle large data sets accurately and meaningfully.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI/Tableau (or other BI tools). Candidates with Python skills will be preferred.
- Experience working with data sources such as DAV, IQVIA, pricing/tender data, and import/export reports.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage calendars and set clear priorities.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, especially for technical and commercial documents.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work both independently and within a team.
